CTS has identified and secured industry partners with extensive human capital needs. We expect that the military service member, veteran and military spouse graduates will become a valuable human resource for our industry partners. In addition, our core expertise has been in the development of training to meet workplace needs. CTS’ knowledge and understanding of various funding streams for the support of training and employment can serve to lower corporate training and recruitment costs while creating an additional student recruitment opportunity.
