Career Tech Services (CTS) was established in 1995 to meet a growing need within the higher education community for a “Turn-Key” solution to curriculum development and implementation. This need was a result of rapid changes in educational technology, information technology, educational delivery models, and course content. CTS has a large library of individual courses, certificate and certification programs, and associate degree programs which thousands of students have successfully completed.
