Student Support Services

CTS provides a variety of student support services that can either supplement or fully manage the needs of online learners.  This results in higher satisfaction, retention, and completion rates.

Support services include:

  • Academic – assist with questions related to course content
  • Programmatic – provide students with direction in their studies
  • Technical – provide assistance with technical issues
  • Student Progress Management – monitor student progress and work with student to meet course milestones
Instructional Support Services

CTS can assess your institutions particular needs and tailor a solution to meet those needs. Institutions may require adjunct faculty to teach students, an instructional/academic help desk to supplement current faculty in supporting students, or basic faculty support in varying degrees. Depending on the growth or particular direction of an institution, CTS can respond with agility to an institution’s changing requirements.
