Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development in the higher education market and corporate community nationally
- Identify opportunities for business relationships with corporations to develop human capital and training programs specifically tailored to the needs of each unique workplace setting
- Research, identify and engage educational institutions that can benefit from the products and services offered
- Negotiate and facilitate service contracts and partnership agreements
- Interface with multiple education partners
- Establish and foster long term business relationships
- Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business acquisition plan
- Drive key objectives
- Identify and communicate mutual advantages and opportunities
- Participate in the evaluation of business development processes
- Remain current and conversant on Career Tech programs and services
Requirements:
- Prior business development and/or channel sales development experience
- Strong relationship development and client services skills
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Superior written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
- Track record of success in fostering solid business relationships
- Result focused
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
